Hoppy saison
The next in a series of Belgo-American saisons, a new-meets-old portrait of a classic style. Utilizing distinct dry hops in each version, our dry saison yeast couples quite nicely with the pine and grapefruit peel aroma and flavor of Amarillo hops.

Pale gold into a teku with a finger of clean white foam.
The nose shows clean notes of Belgian yeast.
The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Clean with moderate bitterness throughout.

On tap at Little Beast, pours a cloudy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, gentle hops, and biscuity notes. Flavour is very bright, with fresh piney hops, rustic saison yeast, and crisp biscuity malt. Rustic and fresh. Good stuff.
