Today, 100 years after that Theodor Schiøtz insulted his last civil servant, his spirit is still part of these walls and our minds. Like him, we are proud to outdo conventions. This IPA is brewed with Mosaic, Motueka and Pacific Gem hop, as well as a pinch of rhubarb and elderflower, perfecting the fruity hop character. We have skipped bitter hops in order to avoid the dry bitterness.

Bottle sourced from Meny Valby, shared at home with the Mrs - clear amber pour with white head and lacing. Sweet malty and vague fruity with some notes of grapefruit, sweet caramel malty base, medium body, some herbal grassy hoppy notes, dont know about "NE-IPA" much more west coast in both appearance and taste/aroma.

Clear amber, small airy offwhite head. Piney, resinous aroma with some fruity notes. Rubber bands. Bitter flavour, pine and a little grapefruit. Neither rhubarb nor elderflower. No juice, no haze... not a NEIPA unless of course you're an anarchist perhaps.
