Relax is the perfect name for this hazy India Pale Ale because it’s impossible not to when you’re drinking it. We use a combination of fruit-forward hops like Citra and Amarillo along with Centennial and Simcoe, to impart fruity, tropical and citrus notes, and London III yeast to give it that soft, round mouthfeel. No bitterness, no pucker. Just a smooth IPA that drinks like a breeze.

Hops: Citra, Amarillo, Centennial, and Simcoe
Malts: 2-Row, Flaked Oats, Carafoam
Yeast: London III
IBU: 50

Draft pour pint, Yard House, Irvine. Juicy, hazy orange pour, dense appearance, cream foam head. First experience with the much heard about Off Shoot brews. Some POG like flavor here. Citrus and tropical fruit collide here. Fresh aroma. Fruity hops. Creamy, refreshing taste. Reminds me of a hazy back home. Good stuff.

Pour is a hazy blonde with a large white head. Aroma is full of berry, peach and mango. Flavor is a thick mango and tangerine fruit juice. Very fruity. Pretty much spot on for the style. A bit thick but super fruity and flavorful.
