Draft. A black beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has notes of coffee, chocolate, roasted malt, and liquor. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, liquor, chocolate, coffee, and a bit of alcohol, leading to a dry roasted finish.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Mother Kelly's Well Street. Pours deep brown with a creamy, beige head. Interesting stuff, quite reminiscent of Dr. Pepper, also has some bitter cocoa, mild astringency, earth. Medium bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Bitter finish, some ashy post, more baking cocoa, Dr. Pepper, scorched earth. Novel. So so overall.

On tap at Rogue & Vagabond. Pours black with a tan head. Chocolate, coffee, almond, amaretto, light bit of cherry, vanilla, light raspberry. Body pretty standard, could be taken up a notch or two if they thickened it up. Lovely flavour though.
