Our signature premium pilsner is influenced by Germany’s well established brewing techniques and Italy’s unique style of bottom fermenting yeast. Warm and dry hopped using a blen of german specality malt and hops leaves this pilsner, well balanced with earthy and citris notes with a beautiful crisp finish.

Can at home in Crumlin picked up from Tesco. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a decent loose white head. Aroma is tangy green apple, some toffee, rustic grains, straw, mild funk. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, light tang, rustic grains. Straw, green apple, custard.. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, moderate carbonation. Bit rough round the edges.
