330mL bottle, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma has intense rum barrels upfront, some cola, and dark sugars. Flavour has intense rum barrels, plenty of cola, dark sugars, and booze. The body is on the thin side despite how boozy and intense the rum barrels come out. I’ve had harsher rum BA stouts, but this is still too messy and surprisingly thin-bodied at the same time. OK, but needs work.

Erhöhte Karbonisierung. Leicht alkoholischer, süßer und torfiger Beginn. Kakao, milde Herbe, Rum, etwas Kaffee. Alkoholisch bleibend, angenehm röstig, der Rumton ist etwas zu stark. Überraschend süffig, langer trockener Malzabgang. 12/11/12/10/9/11
