Malmo's sour specialists Elmeleven visited Nottingham to brew a beer with us, and to avenge the 1979 European Cup Final! To a thick and fruity sour base of Blackberry, Blueberry and Pineapple we snuck in some Mulato and Pasilla chillies for a warming and gently spicy kick.

Draft at MBCC 2023, Green session. Poured a hazy purple colour with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is blackberry, blueberry. The flavour is moderate sour, with a crisp, fresh, yeasty, red berry fruit, light vanilla palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
