This west coast style IPA was brewed with SK grown Maker’s Malt two-row barley and features the fruity Vic Secret hop. We then infused the beer with hibiscus and rose-hips creating a brew with a rich pink colour and lemony-tart, berry-rich flavour notes.

Okay. The hibiscus is pretty strong. Cleanly made beer, just a weird mix of flavours. High key sk

473ml can. Pours a hazy amber red with a small foamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Aroma of grainy pale malt, floral and herbal hops. Sweet flavour of grainy pale malt, pineapple, lemon, hibiscus, raspberry and piney hops in a crisp, dry, bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Different, but I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not.

On tap at Congress Beer House, pours a cloudy dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma is quite vegetal and herbal, with floral hops, lots of hibiscus, and some vegetal notes. Flavour is dominated by the hibiscus and it blends okay with the floral hops. It's a bit astringent on the finish, but is balanced alright. Too vegetal for me.
