8-4-8-4-16 Bottle, #277, seven months after bottling. Pours clear dark red, with a small creamy head. Aroma is tart fruity notes of red currants, cherries and floral bretty notes with rhubarb. Light to medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart notes of hay, fruity brett with grapes, rhubarb and sour cherries, as well as candy, floral notes, honey and grassy minerals.

Pours hazy red with a pink head. Aroma is tart with notes of malt, cherry and oak. Taste is medium sweet and medium sour with a long dry, cherry, tart, oak and red berry finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft to fizzy

Bottle, 75cl corked. Courtesy of the brewery. It pours a minimal sized white head over a hazy candy red colored body. The aroma has lots of berries, some lemony sourish notes, a hint of honey and oak, and a faint buttery touch from the cherries. Hints of almond. It's medium bodied and softly carbonated, mellow and with a tartness touch. Lots of generic red berries in the aroma, with cherries, lemony sourness, hints of honey and almond. Can't say I detected the rhubarb, but there's certainly some aromas and flavors that could derive from the rhubarb. Long finish with lots of berries and a pleasant sourness. A gentle one, and very tasteful. 210901
