Bottle@PBF XIII. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some apples and mild dried fruity tones. Flavour is apples, some dried fruits, mild yeasty and wooden tones with some earth as well.

--Bottled at PBF XIII. -- Clear bright red, no head. Aroma of black currant and lemon. Tart with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Black currant juice and tart apples. Low bitterness. Mostly tart black currant juice. Not much sign of fermentation.
