330ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Deep dark body, fragile lacing, scattered lacing. Attractive on the nose with dried and dark fruit, mid-sweet. Solid taste profile includung moments of caramel malts, dried fruits, and oak. Long-lived, warming finish, mid-sweet. Well bodied. Slow sipper enjoyment (Tromsø, 06.06.2025). --- Beer merged from original tick of Happy Birthday (To Us) Collaborative Barleywine on 23 Jan 2022 at 09:45 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 10 | Overall - 7. Original review text: 330ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Aker Brygge. Scattered lacing from a beige, bubbly head, hazy ruby-amber body. Inviting smell of dried fruits and bread-like malts. Rich dried fruity flavours, supported by almond, hints of caramel, and grain. Lingering, mid-sweet dried fruity ending. Full bodied. Decent sipper (Hotel room, Oslo 19.01.2022).

Unclear amber pour and a fine head. Pleasant intensity in the aroma. Not to sweet and a mellow fine carbonation level. Dangerously easy to drink. Felt a bit thin actually. Toffee, dried fruit, mild oak, malty and some yeast in the flavor. [Bottle from Vinmonopolet at Aker Brygge in Oslo, Norway]
