Bottle from HavnensVinOgTobak. Pours cloudy pale yellow with large white head. Aroma is green malt, grain, white wine, yeast, spice and chalk. Taste is light to medium sweet, light to medium bitter and light acidic. Body is watery with light carbonation. Finish is medium long and balanced sweet and bitter with notes of malt, lemon zest, white wine, yeast, spice (cloves and nutmeg) and hints of chalk.
