--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear golden, lively head. Einbecker style bock aroma with dusty raisins and hay. Mid dry with near full body and dense, rounded mouthfeel. Spicy hay, dusty raisins and peppery apricots on solid, reasonably deep malt. Mildly warming mid bitter finish. Spot on urbock

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some malty and some slight toffeeish tones. Flavour is toffeeish tones with mild sweet alcohol tones. Smooth and sweetish malts meeting sweet fruity hopping. Not the typical Maibock, but a nice take on it.

Bottle 50 cl. A slow gusher - surprisingly. Deep golden with a slight haze and a doll, dead, rough off-white head. Intense, sweet, malt aroma with floral hops. Rich, sweet, malty body. A hint of caramel and a carbonation to the low side. Subdued bitterness. Nice taste if quite to the sweet side. But the presentation of the beer is poor. 240523

Draft. A hazy dark golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and hints of caramel, leading to a dry finish.
