Kolding Evergreen er en pilsner, som i gamle dage, hvor malten styrede smagsoplevelsen, og humlen måtte tage til takke med en tilbagetrukken rolle. Evergreen er tillige navnet på den bygmalt, som gården selv producerer. Vi håber, at Kolding Evergreen med tiden kan blive en rigtig ”evergreen”!

Hazy golden colour with small white head.Aroma of hops and grass nice malt with flavour of hops and malt medium body and mild finish.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear deep golden, mid sized head. Earthy phenolic nose with some spicy grass and cooked vegetables. Mid sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Mineraly and grainy with DMS, spicy grass and phenols. Long bitter finish. Unpolished.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is vegetably farts, some mild grains and a bit herbal and earthy tones. Flavour is grainy, herbal, some strange sweetness, bananas and some herbs.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a small, off-white head. Slight sulphur in the nose. Medium body, sweet malts and a rather bitter finish. Could do with more hop aromatics. 230523
