Head gone in seconds, still sherry-like beer. Sherry nose, aroma as from pistacchios, not completely dry. Dry to sweetish flavour, mixed with sour sherry, dry apples - without becoming really cidery. Tart, dry-out effect, utterly dry, low carbonation. A homebrewer? Congrats, this is truly good stuff.
