De barril en El Mono Bandido Quinta Entre dorada y pajiza de espuma bastante cremosa. Intenso y sorprendente aroma a fruta tropical, mango y maracuyá. En boca sorprende por su acidez frutal que se impone a las maltas de trigo, aunque resulta más acida que frutal y empeora lo que anunciaba el aroma. Cuerpo ligero, bien de gas, algo punzante. Amargor moderado. Diferente a todo lo que he probado.

Lekker bakkie gulupa in je wheat beer. Zuur, grassig, doorzichtige pilskleur en dito opgaand koolzuur en daarmee erg misleidend, licht schuimend, lange, prettige nasmaak. Goed gedaan #locombia

Definitely better than the regular dorada. The Gulupa definitely tastes like passion fruit--bartender described the fruit like that to me. Some citrus. Golden pour with ok head. Might just be that some of the faults of the dorada are hidden by the fruit, but it kind of works. Tap at brewery.
