Sour fruity cherry beginning. Sour nice, extreme fruity red cherries, like in the lollies, but sour dry. Long but not too deep sour fruity finish. Very refreshing.

Carnivale Brettanomyces 2023. This is for the 2022 edition. Pours a beautiful deep red colour and a dense pink head, not much retention. Aroma's: funky at first, quickly making way for cherries, fruity sweetness and sourness. Retronasal: cherries, cherry pits, light sour. Flavour is moderate sour with light cherry sweetness. Light medium bodied. Somewhat dry tart finish. Very nice!

Trocken säuerlicher Beginn, muffig holzig. Zum Mittelteil angenehm fruchtig werdend, leider bleibt der muffiger Hintergrund aber vorhanden. Halbwegs erfrischend, viel Kirsche, die Säure steigt jetzt wieder an. Nicht ganz rund, mittellanger Abgang. 10/7/9/8/11/8
