Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Heavy acetobacter aroma. Kinda light in body, lowish carbonation, again heavy acetobacter, but surprisingly low in acidity. No bitterness. Some woody accents. A good beginners beer to complex Sours. 200824

Flaska från SB. Disig gyllengul vätska medelhögt vitt skum. Syrlig och funkig doft. På samma gång mjuk och pigg syrlig höet med lätt acetisk syra, brett, citrus och funk. Ganska fruktig och med en sötma som bäddar in syran fint. Mycket gott
