Thanks Jinroh for sharing! Wineglass showing pitch black with no head.
The nose shows intense notes of maple syrup and light smoky bourbon.
The palate is lightly carbonated and oily. Moderately sweet with smoky bourbon and maple syrup throughout.

Bottle sample at a Yana's tasting at Dima's place. Black. Roast, wood, nuts, some oxidation, some chocolate, licorice, sweet and bitter, a bit umami, alcohol.
BB 06052025, Batch 541, more maple syrup than all but the hazelnut comes slow in the finish. Appreciate no lactose in this while feeling like a solid milk stout in flavor although thin upfront. Worse at room temp, oh well.

330ml bottle. Jet black colour with minimally late awakening, small, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, tan head. Roasty, chocolately, dark malty aroma, weak, leathery BA overtones; hints of maple syrup and Bourbon appear while warming up, leather and even a peaty touch gain weight, interludes of hazelnut appear even more lately. Taste is sweet, caramel and chocolately, dark malty, notes of dark caramel, treacle, chocolate sauce, subtle hints of maple syrup, a touch of vanilla, Bourbon; don't get a hint of hazelnut until the finish. Viscous, creamy texture, super-soft, smooth, slightly cloying palate, very fine, soft carbonation. Needs time to evolve while warming up (though I didn't start significantly below room temperature), excellent mouthfeel, rather self-effacing usage of adjuncts - flawless, high quality; but not really exciting in the end.
