This crisp and refreshing pilsner is equal parts old and new school. The traditional pilsner base is softened by a dry-hop of Saphir and Spalter Select, which lend slight herbal, floral, and spice notes to the light bodied beer. The resulting beer is as drinkable as it is interesting. It's named after the Angelo family who built our building, ran Angelo's Wholesale for decades, and hailed from Como, Italy.

Lemon, barley malt, and grass aroma. Hazy golden yellow with moderate head. Mildly sweet lemon, milk, barley malt, and mildly bitter grass flavor. Good body.
