Can picked up at and consumed at Bierkiste München Tuesday 7th November 2023. Pours gold pretty much clear with a large white head. Not sure what differentiates an Italian Pilsner from others but if Stefan below suggests that it's a perfumey nose then he's probably correct. It's got a super soft mouthfeel, really soft, the nose is very subtle but leans towards floral edge of perfume. Lacks the distinctive bite of other pilsners and the bitterness is more restrained but these are not criticisms as this is a very nice and very more'ish' Pils, I would happily sink a few of these.
