A wildly fermented, barrel aged cider, made from untreated and handpicked local apples from high standard trees, blended with some wine we made from homegrown Cabernet Jura and Pinotin grapes. The apples were picked at the idyllic collection orchard of Belgian pomologist and friend Dirk.

75cl split by SirA and Mads M. Pours red with a small head. Good jammy fruit and funk. Green and herbal , appleskinz and a touch of barnyard. Massive drinkability as always with Antidoot.

Grape must, touch of stone fruit, green walnut, funky. Lovely apple base supporting it.
