A clear and distinctively hop-forward West Coast IPA.
This is a collaboration that was inspired by the idea that West Coast IPA is at its best when it is living, breathing, evolving. By stretching its boundaries, modern breweries are helping it find new audiences. This beer embodies this way of thinking, letting the Simcoe and Citra sing loudly while the malt flavour is relatively reserved. Brewed without crystal malt, the IPA is clear without a heavy malt profile.
With this IPA, you're getting a clean beer with plenty of hoppy bitterness, underpinned by the fruity citrus of the Citra and the punchy pine of the Simcoe.

Smooth and slightly sweetish with some citrus, pine, hints of grass and grapefruit. A bit light bodied and not very bitter.

Light, hoppy, quite fruity. Lemony citrus, a bit piney, smoothly bitter, finishes dry. Clearly a west coast, but lighter on malts and very clean and refreshing. Nice.

440ml can. Crystal clear gold, small white head. Aroma of resinous pine and citrus peel. Taste of pine, resin, orange, grapefruit, pithy citrus, mild biscuity malt, moderate bitterness. Medium body. Decent. Not dead.
