12oz can. Roasty, oily, something odd in the aroma. Smooth, sweet, rich. I would assume quite lovely on draught.

355ml can. Pours a clear dark brown, almost black with red hue and a small, creamy, short lived, tan head that laces nicely. Aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate, earth and coffee. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, dark chocolate and licorice in a dry, mild bitter coffee finish. Light to medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Tasty and enjoyable.

12 ounce can from Super One Superior, 1/4/20. Black, large fizzy brown head, good retention. Aroma of roast, chocolate, tobacco, nuts. Taste is green, earthy hops, chocolate, roast, coffee. Medium bodied, low bitterness, well balanced. Very nice stout.
