Wild winterbier met stoofperen van Bellefleur Boomgaardbeheer en Nederlandse specerijen. Dit bier is zoetig van het unieke kruidenmengsel van o.a. Vanille van Koppert Cress en geroosterde wilgenbast uit voedselbos Ketelbroek. De stoofperen hebben 3 uur gestoofd in bier met de specerijen en hebben daarna nog 2 weken gemacereerd in het bier. Het hogere alcoholpercentage en winterse ingrediënten zorgen voor een verwarmend bier, perfect voor de koude dagen. Heerlijk op zichzelf of bij een winterse stoofpot.

Tap at dutch bar bermondsey. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is pineapple, citrus, salt, tangy. Flavour is composed of tangy pithy citrus pineapple, tangy, green citrus, pinch of salt.. Palate is tangy, salty, moderate carbonation. Good.

Keg at If It Ain't Dutch. A light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, fairly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light tart winey vibe, vibrant if thin lemon, cinnamon and floral fruits. Airy dry finish. A bit different and drinkable.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours a cloud orange juice with a small white head. Aroma has wild yeast in back, with sludgy earthiness, and gentle acidity. Flavour is buggy and murky, with bugs, bready malt, and a touch of herbal notes. Not super interesting but competently done.

Pours light hazed golden with a white head. Aroma: citrus, tart and oak barrels. Taste: light spiced malts, yeast and pepper. Light salty palate.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025, blue session. Pours murky yellow with a white head. Musty white peaches, funk on the nose. Flavour has musty white peaches, funk, gentle tannins, earthy yeast. Very nice.

Pretty clear orange beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, fruity, pears, some cloves, sweet impression, juicy, good! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice start, a bit funky, fruity, pretty sourish, pears, spicy touch, floral notes, lemony. Aftertaste: lots of apple juice, lavender touch, pear juice, a bit funky, pleasant beer!

Draft at Proeflokaal De Hoppenaar, on an evening with nice beers and good company. Didn't take notes, so this is what I remember: Earthy, subtle pear, spicy cinnamon. Very nice.
