Merci Maarten et ton amis Francoise! 🤪 Pretty sour stuff! Appley acid and glue, sour stonefruit and apparently cherries. Rough stuff but also wild and tasty. (3.8-3.9 territory)

Bottle shared, thanks to Lucas for the gift! Clear golden. Funk, sour grains, lemon juice, sour cherries, light zesty hops, yoghurt, quite fruity with pear and quince with the apple. Very sour, light sweet. Medium bodied. It's tasty and interesting, but too sour.
