A citrus-forward gose brewed with Oranges, Coriander, Himalayan rock salt, and our house culture of lactobacillus.
Taste: Refreshing citrus sour notes come through mixed with hints of fresh rye fields, and balanced out by a sweet, jammy orange juiciness. Even more floral zest shines through as the glass warms.
Appearance: Golden orange with a brief white head.
Nose: Freshly peeled citrus, hints of exotic spicy coriander, and some tropical guava on the nose, with some inviting hints of saltiness.
Malts: Pale malt, wheat malt, rye malt, cara pale
Hops: Hallertau Blanc, HBC 431
OG 13.8° ; FG 3.2° ; IBU 10
Serve 6–10˚C

Uklar, grumsete gul med hvit høy topp som daler sakte. (Siste helling) Aroma; rips, appelsin, humle, koriander. Smak; appelsin, humle, rips, urter, malt, sitrus, salmiakk. Fruktig, svakt bitter/sur. Fruktig lang ettersmak. Gave fra Gaute Delt med Leif.

33cl can from Jumbo supermarket in Stein, Netherlands. F: medium, egg-white, average retention. C: shiny gold, hazy. A: nice orange, citrus, floral, coriander, mineral. T: medium malty base, light citrus, salty traces, coriander, bit lactic, nice balanced bitterness, medium carbonation, good for the style, enjoyed for sure.

Közepes, tartós hab, narancs szín. Sós-savanykás, narancsos illat. Sós, narancsos, enyhén savanykás ízek, a háttérben búzás jegyekkel. Könnyű, közepesen szénsavas, alig keserű. Kellemes, frissítő, jó egyensújjal rendelkező gose.
