A citrus-forward gose brewed with Oranges, Coriander, Himalayan rock salt, and our house culture of lactobacillus.
Taste: Refreshing citrus sour notes come through mixed with hints of fresh rye fields, and balanced out by a sweet, jammy orange juiciness. Even more floral zest shines through as the glass warms.
Appearance: Golden orange with a brief white head.
Nose: Freshly peeled citrus, hints of exotic spicy coriander, and some tropical guava on the nose, with some inviting hints of saltiness.
Malts: Pale malt, wheat malt, rye malt, cara pale
Hops: Hallertau Blanc, HBC 431
OG 13.8° ; FG 3.2° ; IBU 10
Serve 6–10˚C

Aus der Dose im 2023-04 getrunken. Diese trübe ,orangene Gose kommt deutlich mit einer mineralische Note und schöner Orangenaroma daher. Sehr ausgewogen - tolle Bier für den Sommer!

Draught@Uba ja Humal, Tallinn. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is nectar, fruity, floral and some mild wooden notes. Flavour is metallic, some fruity, yeasty and resiny notes with some salty tones. Sourish metallic notes in finish. Harsh flavour.

[ As Põhjala Orange Gose ].
ABV: 5.5%. Murky medium orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, dough, orange, salty, light coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet and light lightacidic with a average duration, ornge, orange zesty, orange peel, salty, light coriander. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Can sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks zvikar. Cloudy yellow. Lots of orange, lacto, tart. Pretty nice.

Goes down very easily. I see the word Põhja often in Estonia; it means north. Põhjala means Nordic.
