Shards of cream head over red-shot virtually black beer. Liquorice, bit dry coffee, diluted cola. Coffee with a good shot of stout acidity. Charcoal, roast, and again liquorice. Pretty sweet in the end. Medium bodied at best; again sticky finish. Too sweet by half.

33cl bottle from the bottle shop in Riga. Pours pitch black with a modest, beige head. Roasty aroma with dark chocolate, dark dried fruits and hints of coffee and dark berries. Sweet, malty and roasty with a balanced bitterness. Tasty and enjoyable.

Smell- medium strong, roast, coffee, smoke. Foam- medium thick, soft, roast notes, some bitter and coffee notes. Medium head, brown, white coffee foam color, sticky. Appearance- quite dark, dont have glass so cant comment, but it is not fully black. Taste- caramel, roast, weak bitterness, some sweetness, some coffee notes. No bad, I like it.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a rich and solid beige head. Mellow roast nose combined with chocolate. Medium body, rich in flavors with a licorice note being fairly dominant. Sweet roast, but also some lingering bitterness. Solid product. 300419

Tap at Valmiermuižas alus pārstāvniecība, Riga. Pours black with beige head. Aroma and flavor are sweet and bitter, roast, coffee, some nutty notes, malty. Feels very smooth. Overall: good.
