YG 030923. Golden-yellow color with no head. Aroma is apple, pear, sourness. Flavor is apple, pear, yeast, fruit, sourness, grass. Ordinary cider.

Bottle, 75cl. An unclear pale yellow one with no head or bubbles. The aroma is very sourish and vinegary, with fresh apple and pear, and some grass notes. It's tart and sour on the palate, with some carbonation. The flavor feels less vinegary, with more focus on the fresh fruit. Long finish. Way too vinegary for me. 230903

Small fizzy shortlasting head, hazy yellow-ish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, unripe apples, mild vinegar, flowers, grass, minerals, apple peel, leafs, yeast. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, unripe apples, mild vinegar, sour grass, apple cores, sorrel, leafs, minerals, flowers, hints of citrus acid. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.
