Uklar rød farge med tynt skum. Syrlig. Bringebærdrops og noe eple og eddik i smak.

Rød uklar med rosa skum. Lukter kirsebær og noe bringebær. Lett. Smaker rød saus. Kirsebær.

Small bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy light reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, apple cores, minerals, grass, bark, berry skin, hay, leafs, flowers, fruit stones, apple peel, oak, sawdust. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, apple cores, hay, minerals, mild vinegar, grass, apple peel, flowers, sour apples, unripe berries. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

YG 080521. Red-orange color with no head. Aroma is apple, cherries. Flavor is apples, cherries, funk, grass, yeast, hay, citrus, hint of almond. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl. It's an unclear pinkish orange colored cider with a rim of white bubbles. The aroma is lightly funky, with a good dash of apple, some apple cores, grass and cherry pits. Some cherry too. It's medium bodied and semi-dry, with a very soft carbonation. Cherry, apple, some apple cores, grass and cherry pits, with a lightly lemony, leathery funk. Long fruity finish, cherry, apple and some lemon, with a touch of autumn orchard and apple cores. Quite nice this one, not very complex, but tasteful and easy drinkable. 210508
