On tap at Tap Station. It's close to black in the glass, with a small beige head. Gentle aroma, lightly roasted and burnt, with hints of charcoal and dark dried fruit. It's medium bodied and gently carbonated, quite dry, with mostly roasted malt flavors. A pleasant schwarzbier. 240611

ABV: 5.5%. Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to light light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, sweet malt, burnt touch, umami touch. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average duration, roasted, sweet malt, sweet coffee - sweet roasted, dark malt, leaves. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Sample (thanks omhper!). Very deep brown, close to black colour with a small foamy beige head. Aroma is chocolaty, some mild lactose, coffee and mild roasted tones. Actually somewhat portery aroma. Flavour is milk chocolate, some coffee, toast, wooden and floral bitterness with a mild nutty edge to it. Bitterness stays for quite long.
