This Traditional Baltic Porter has a small Pontoon twist on it. While sticking true to the traditional base that brings forward a malty sweet complexity of caramel, toffee and nuttiness, we then finish it off with cocoa nibs for a hint of chocolate to round this out. Traditional with a little twist!

Aromas are a good blend of roast, tree bark, leather, dark malt, with a little molasses and cocoa. Flavors are similar to nose, fairly smooth, bittersweet and a finish that leans bitter. Nice beer.
