Red-amber colour, hazy. Strong but smooth; fruity character, some breadcrust aroma. I'm puzzled, it's a fruity strong beer, but it's by far not a Barley Wine.

330ml @ Ryan's shared with Alex (thx for the beer!). Appearance: hazy copper with a tan head. Aroma: a bit perfumy, fruity, malty, slightly boozy. Taste: kinda diryy, some sour fruity, harsh, not-balanced. Overall: not very good.

Poured from 33cl bottle. Lightly hazed copper brown with small white head. Malty dark fruits, sweet-ish, feint oxidation note, not a ton of depth, but it's fine.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark amber colour with minimally late awakening, small, dense, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, sulphueous, beige head. Rather monotonous, caramel malty aroma, a minimally woody touch, whiffs of candied orange peel, lemon peel. Taste is oaky, woody, citrusy fruity hoppy and caramel malty without residual sweetness, notes of lemon juice, lemon peel; really concentrated lemon flavours; well hidden alcohol. Acid thinned, minimally viscous texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft carbonation. Immensely citrusy fruity taste, concentrated lemon, quite boring aroma gives no hint to what to come; seemingly light, dangerously drinkable (+1 for drinkability) - overall just mediocre.

Draught@Koht, Tallinn. HAzy deep orangeish amber colour, small head. ARoma is fruity, floral, alcohol and some wooden and spicy tones. Flavour is quite boozy, some fruity, floral and dried fruits along with mild notes of figs as well.

Hazy amber-golden beer with a mossy sheen and some lace from a huge, cream-pinkish head. Sweet, hint of vanilla, strawberry, fusels, candy syrup, 'hot'. Sweet, raisins and grapes, preserved oranges. Alcohol & fusels. Again some strawberry, blue grape. Wood too, and a tad acidity as from orangejuice with CO². Good carbonation, full bodied, alcoholwarming, creamy. Quite good if short of excellent Barley wine; powerful, sweet but just not too sweet. Txs to Stef!
