Pale Farm Is our house wheat beer, a lively, dry wheat pale ale. It’s a beer to refresh the brewer or the winemaker after a long day of harvest. Pale Farm Is Inspired by Belgian Table beers, brewed by monks to nourish and refresh before and during meals. It has flavour notes of lemongrass, melon and wildflowers, with a light pillowy body and a crisp, peppery finish from the Belgian yeast.

On tap at Soul Barrel. Pours hazy light gold with a white head. Wheaty malts with grassy floral hops and soft pine on the nose. Flavour has wheat malts, dry grassy hops, slightly floral. Very nice, balanced, hoppy wheat beer.

bottle at Sanbona reserve (my bottle) hazy amber ...big white head ..soft juicy floral orange fruit ..soft sharp tart pithy fruit ..Light dry fruit

--Keg at Tuk Tuk, Franschhoek. -- Hazy paleish golden, mid sized head. Spicy nose with some coriander. Dryish with light to medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Slender wheaty body. Mild citrus, coriander and marzipan. Low to medium bitterness
