--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear pink, small head. Mildly citric nose with cultivated sweet raspeberries. Mid sweet with mild tartness and light to medium body, rounded mouthfeel. Sweet garden raspberries on lactic malt. Low bitterness.

Bottle. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, raspberries some mild tart tones. Flavour is raspberries, some floral, toffeeish and mild wooden tones.

[ As BLAS T:1 Berliner Weisse-style ale brewed with raspberries ].
ABV: 5.0%. Light cloudy looking, with light to medium red orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - pink head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate raspberry, frozen raspberry, tart rapsberry, sweet raspberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, raspberry, tart raspberry, sweet raspberry, thin, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle from HavnensVinOgTobak. Pours hazy pale pink with large white head. Aroma is intense fresh raspberry, malt, yeast and hints of dusty barn and old straw. Taste is light sweet, faint bitter and very to extremely acidic. Body is chalky with sparkling carbonation. Finish is long and very acidic and with intense notes of sour raspberries, vinegar, lactic acid, yogurt, lemon juice and chalk.
