Clear amber colour with medium white head.Aroma of caramel and malt nice toasted and roasted with flavor of hops and malt medium body and mild finish.

Aroma is slightly fruity, almost but not quite a bit nutty, low bitterness but there is some sort of subdued bitter balance Flavor is not fruity at all, it is slighly toasted and roasted malty with some sweetness and then a nutty balance that is a tiny bit bitter. Somehow this works very well and the beer comes off as crafty, balanced and tasty. I'm sure this will work wonderfully with food.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear amber, small head. Grassy, floral nose. Mid sweet with light to medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Doughy and mildly floral. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle. Goldeny amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is caramel, some grains, mild herbs, earth and some mild floral tones. Flavour is grainy, herbal, hayish and some mild earthy elements with mild grass to it. A bit bitter grass with some sweet grains in the aftertaste.

Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, caramel - sweet malt, pale malt, cereal touch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. sweet malt, caramel - sweet malt, hay - straw, malty, cereal touch. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20231019]
