Brewed in celebration of Lent and Easter season, Carnevale is a light-bodied Saison, using Brettanomyces along with Amarillo and Simcoe hops to generate flavor and depth. Carnevale’s complexity grows with time. The citrus notes tend to wane and the wild yeast rears its wonderfully tasting head.

Brett Brett Brett, almost overly bretta but it's been long since the funk has been strong for me. Lots of farmy/grassy and yeasty notes as well.

Many thanks to kappldav123 for sharing this stuff. Red golden in the glass, small head. Berryfruit smell. Taste is malty fruity, low sourness. Smooth. Increasing dry in the second part with malty elements. Enjoyable stuff.

Many thanks to kappldav123 for sharing this bottle! Smooth mild fruity nose. The beer starts fruity mild. Smooth floral with funky hints. Easy to drink with a light body, smooth, dry, not too intense. Funky-dusty in the aftertaste, round and refreshing though.
