Can. Reddish orange colour with a mediumsized foamy slightly off-white head. Aroma is red currant, some raspberries, mild tartness. Flavour is lactic acid, raspberries, some red currant, mild salty tones with some wood too. Somewhat dry palate.

Appearance: Foggy orange to red with a one finger tall white frothy head. Aroma and taste: raspberries, red currants, sour milk, solid salt. Medium sour, light sweet. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, Average to lively carbonation. Overall: OK.
