Little Field is an American IPA featuring our signature house yeast on a base of pale malt, white wheat, and a nice dose of oats to give it that perfect mouthfeel. With an All-American dry hop blend of Citra, Idaho 7, and Simcoe, Little Field showcases a bold mix of dank citrus notes, along with mixed berries and subtle bursts of pine. Utilizing techniques inspired by the early days but polished over the years, Little Field encompasses everything that we strive for in our hoppy beer program and we feel is the perfect addition to our lineup of core offerings.

473ml can. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of guava, mandarin, mango. Taste is juicy and tropical, guava, mango, mandarin, peach, grapefruit, zesty citrus finish with some nice piney bitterness. Medium bodied. Great IPA.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 14/04/24. Murky orange with a big old lasting Mr Whippy-esque white head. Nose is orange zest, grass, mandarin, papaya, soft malts, light pine needle. Taste comprises orange pith, grass, melon, grapefruit, light pine dusting, airy malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with balanced juicy come lightly dankened hop bitterness. Tidy IPA.

473ml can. Hazy, deep and dark yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Juicy, tropical fruity and slightly citrusy, hoppy aroma, oaty and slightly wheaty malty background, notes of passion fruit, mango, guava, some peach, orange, mandarine. Taste is juicy, tropical fruity, slightly citrusy, zesty bitter and fruit acidic, hoppy, sweet-ish, oaty and wheaty malty basis, notes of passion fruit, mango, orange peel, later some lemon and lemon zest; lingering, rather bitter, zesty and slightly mineral finish. Creamy-oily texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously dry and slightly astringent palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation. Immensely tropical aroma, relatively dry and bitter taste - not satisfying in every aspect.

Can at home watching Sox. Orange sludgy pour and fluffy head. Nose is thick citrus and oats. Tastes of rollled oats, grapefruit, melon, pineapple, herbal, grassy. Juicy mouthfeel.

From a pint can. Pours a cloudy orange straw with an off white head. Aromas of pit fruits with a bit of grass. Flavors are moderately bitter mixed citrus.

Can. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is nicely floral, fruity, mild toasted tones with some slight herbal tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, some nectary and mild toasted tones with some oaty and mild herbal elements too. Long dried apricot finish.

7/10/2023. Can shared at Ulfborg. Rhode Island rating #10. Pours cloudy pale mustard gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is citrusy, husky, grapefruit, gooseberry, stone fruits. Moderate sweetness, medium plus bitterness. Medium body, slightly watery, above average carbonation. Earthy bitter finish.

ABV: 6.3%. Murky matt medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, oat, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, minerals. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, fruity hops, wheat, pine touch. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20231007]
