Bottle@HBF2010. Deep brown colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is rye, caramel, some slight yeasty tones with mild alcohol as well. Flavour is floral hops with some toffee, alcohol and mild grainy tones as well.

(Bottle, 0.75 l, at HBF2010) Poured dark brown and clear with small and light brown head. Aroma contained malts, chocolate and sweetness. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were matls, chocolate, sweeness, hops and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter.

Dark (clear) brown color, steady creamy off-white head. A bit grainy, ryeish, caramelly nose. Toffeish, some alcohol, some grain and spices. Finish is quite hoppy (mixed with alcohol and toffee). Somewhat interesting speciality grain (farro) beer.
