Draught@CBH2023. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, some toffee, mild citrus with some juniper and a bit yeasty tones. Flavour is yeasty, some bananas, toffee, citrus and mild wooden tones.

Tap at CBH2023, Helsinki. Color is deep golden with very small head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, some sahti elements.... mess.

Keg @ CBH 2023. Poured hazy and light orange in color. Baking soda and ripe banana. Dry banana candy. Sabro not showing that much, light coconutty wibes.

Tap at CBH2023. Hazy yellow color and tiny white head. Banana, Sabro coconut in the nose. Medium-bodied. Banana, juniper and yes Sabro. Modern Sahti.

(Keg at Craft Beer Helsinki 2023) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spiciness, banana and juniper. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, juniper, banana, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy and bitter. A weird interpretation of sahti. Not actually bad.
