10cl pour from bottle at Cool Head Taproom. Poured dark brown in color. Raisins, plums, wood and booze. Heavy and quite stingy.

0,1l from a bottle @ CoolHead. Pours dark cloudy brown with a low tan head. Aroma is sweet toasted malts with whisky. Flavor is sweet toasted malts, dark fruits, whisky, oak, hops. A bit strong on the whisky, but good nevertheless.

Bottle@hiisi taproom, Jyväskylä. Black colour, small white head. Aroma is nice liquorice, alcohol, some toffee and mild wood. Flavour is alcohol, some dried fruits and sweetness. Smooth.

From backlog. 750ml bottle @ Coolhead Viikki. Stingy woody and oaky with some syrupy caramel notes, toffee, plums, vanilla, licorice and hints of bourbon. A bit stingy and slightly boozy, very mild notes of vinegar too. Okay, but a bit unbalanced

(Sample from a bottle at CoolHead Taproom, 20210601) The beer poured clear and nearly black. Its head was small and nearly white. Aroma had wood, vineousness, vanilla and ightly vinegar. Palate was full bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were wood, vanilla, malts, vineousness, some toasted notes and low bitterness. Aftertaste had wood, vanilla, alcohols and bitterness. The actual beer was hidden by the strong barrel notes.
