Draught. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, grapefruits some mild dry wooden tones and mild lemongrass. Flavour is herbal, grassy, some grapefruit and mild spiciness which gives a strange edge to the beer.

Tap at Kippis2019, Helsinki. Colour is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, citrus, brut yeast, hops and malts.

(Keg at Gallow's Bird, 20190725) The beer poured pale golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had tartness, fruitiness and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, tartness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart and bitter. A tart brew lacking proper body.

On tap @ Ravintola Oljenkorsi, Helsinki. Poured golden in color, white head. Fruity hops in aroma, dry indeed with grapefruity bite. Dry biting finish, mostly grapefruit. Something that is a bit disturbing here, can´t put my finger on it.

Draught @ Mullikka. Aroma has fruity hops and gluey tones. Also cereal. Flavour has cereal, gluey notes, trooical fruits and some minerals. Not exatcly my thing.
