From tap at Vaat Brewery & Taproom, Tallinn. Fizzy indeed, wine-fermented little melomel. Pretty dry and refreshing.

Tap at the brewery taproom. Very very very watery. Very thin, medium carbonation. Almost no character whatsovever. Subtlest hints of simple honey, apple and a lemony something? Light sweetness, hint of tartness, sourness and bitterness. I might just be hallucinating and there might just be nothing. A fata morgana. Very weird drink.

Tap at Vaat Tap Room. Pale yellow colour, small white head. Green apple, earthy aroma. Light-bodied. Green apple, light honey but not sweet. Ok.

Draught@TCBW2022. Pale silvery yellow colour with a small head. Aroma is sweet malts, honey, some herbal tones too. Flavour is honey, some herbal, mild earthy tones.
