Bottled (backlog). Nut brown colour with a small creamy off-white head. Aroma of raisins, burnt sugar, some toasted chocolaty and a bit alcohol tones. Flavour is yeast, raisins, some toffee and dried fruits. Rather complex.

Hazy nut brown, good creamy tanned head. Strong nose of raisins and sugar. Carbonated, smooth mouthfeel. Sweetish, slightly yeasty - raisins, plums. Very trappist-like excellent dubbel.
