Tap at Plevna, Tampere. Deep amber color, good beige head. Nose has pine needle and caramel. Medium-bodied. Front has some unclean notes, can?t say is it unclean tap or hints of diacetyl. Caramelly flavor, pineapple, piney and a bit flowery hops. Feels maltier than ~same abv Red Rocks. Overall closer to American Amber Ale than Ipa.

Draught @ Stone’s, Helsinki. Pours dark reddish with a small head. Aroma of fruits, caramely malts, grass and hints of earthiness. Taste is malty, sweetish and caramely with some fruity hoppiness, grass and hints of earthiness. Finish is malty, sweetish and slightly bitter with hints of fruits and grass. Okay, quite easygoing and malty. Feels almost like an amber ale instead of IPA. --- Beer merged from original tick of Stone's Boulder on 11 Mar 2016 at 12:35 - Score: 7
