Draught@Bruuveri, Helsinki. Hazy brown colour with a mediumsized foamy head, which settles and disappears quite fast. Aroma is banana, juniper, some yeast and mild herbal tones. Flavour is banana, some alcohol sweetness, juniper, yeast and mild herbal tones.

Draught@Bruuveri
Murky brown "sahti-outlook", no head. Aroma of banana, juniper and green vegetables. Medium-bodied. Flavor has banana, juniper and fair amount of alcoholic bitterness. More alcoholic than sahti traditionally, but perhpas a bit dryer. Lingering bitterness and juniper in the aftertaste. Decent.

(Draught at St. Urho’s Pub Sahti Days ’10) Poured reddish brown and cloudy. Head formation was minimal. Aroma contained juniper and malts. Palate was medium bodied and dry with low carbonation. Flavours were juniper. sweetness, tartness, lightly banana, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste contained sweetness and juniper.
