Olutpaja ASA on tummahko, runsaan maltainen ja humalamainen pintahiivaolut. Katkeruus on maltillinen – ei siis IPA-tasoinen. Runsas aromihumalointi on tehty kattilassa Chinookilla ja Centennialilla sekä kuivahumaloimalla Centennialilla, Amarillolla ja Ekuanotilla. Runsas maku painottuu maltaaseen, hedelmäiseen karamelliin ja hedelmäisiin humaloihin.

Draught@William K. Deep ambery copper colour with a mediumsized white head. Arom ais spruce, pine, sweet malts, caramel and mild toasted tones. Flavour is biscuity, toffeeish and some sweet malts along iwth a nice bitter floral kick to it. Feels even bigger than 6 % abv. Nice one!

Tap at Kaisla, Helsinki. Color is cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Pine, some caramel, some hops and malts. Quite heavy! ...but. simple.

(Keg at William K Kurvi, 20200721) The beer poured mahogany coloured and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had pine, malts and caramel. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, biscuits, caramel, earth and bitterness. Aftertaste had malts, caramel and bitterness. A balanced tasty brew with pleasant aftertaste.
