Lattina. Un arco olfattivo dominato dal luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas e mela verde.

Draught@TCBW2022. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some toffee and mild tartness. Flavour is fruity, floral, elderberries and mild tartness and zest to it.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks troubles. Slightly hazy golden. Fruity hops, a bit farty, lacto, sourish.
